My First Basket

Two years ago my Mom taught me how to make pine needle baskets, yet I only started it when I gave up and forgot about it. Being at the Antique and Wine Festival brought the craft back into my life. I didn't have too much to do while I was trying to sell our crafts, so I finished my basket. Even though I didn't know what I was doing half the time a lot of people noticed and said, "nice work". I can't believe I finished the basket. I'll probably make another one and some day might get into it like my Mom. Someone has to carry on the legacy. Let's just hope my next one doesn't turn out lopsided. :)
