Fall Harvest Surprises

My jungle garden has been ignored for a couple of weeks (except for watering), so I was surprised to find so many yummy surprises when I finally went out to see what I could harvest. Some of my eight ball zucchinis got a little overgrown, so I will have to make zucchini bread out of them. The tomatoes are finally starting to ripen and the green and yellow beans are everywhere. The mini pumpkins are cute and I am still hoping to get some sugar pumpkins (they are still green in the garden). I even found a handful of lemon cucumbers, plums and a quart of blueberries. I am also still hoping to get Brussels sprouts soon, too. I had given up on many of the veggies, but they surprised me once again!
Happy Gardening!
