History Rocks Auction

The Harbor History Museum is having their annual fundraiser History Rocks featuring a concert and auction on August 20, 2022. They will have a live and virtual auction where you have the chance to bid on a variety of unique items. You can find out more information about the event and buy tickets and/or sign up to bid on the auction items by clicking on this link: https://harborhistorymuseum.ejoinme.org/HistoryRocks2022 .

I donated my pine needle basket "Beacon of Light" for the auction and I am hoping that it will bring in some much needed support to the Harbor History Museum.

This basket was inspired by Pacific Northwest lighthouses and I tried to capture some of the natural colors that surround them. I made my "Beacon Of Light" pine needle basket using dyed and natural green Longleaf pine needles which have since turned a lovely shade of brown, brown artificial sinew, green Chinese jade rondelle beads and a beautiful green and brown lighthouse pottery base. This basket measures 10-3/4" x 10-1/4" x 1-3/4".

ENJOY and HAPPY BIDDING!
