I made this acorn pine needle basket several years ago using natural brown Ponderosa pine needles with some of the sheaths exposed on the outside of the basket, stitched it together with raffia and attached acorn hats around the top rim. I wish I had taken better photos of it, because it still is one of my favorite baskets.
