Down By The Sea

All of these baskets were inspired by the sea and all the things that live there, either real or in our imagination. I tried to capture some of the beautiful colors found above and below the water, too.

"Wild Sea"

Made with dyed turquoise Longleaf pine needles, sea green waxed poly cord, a "She Was Wild As The Sea" mermaid pottery pendant and a blue Brazilian agate set in resin base. This basket measures 5-3/4" x 5" x 3".

"Under The Sea"

Made with multi-colored dyed Longleaf pine needles, gray artificial sinew, a blue nautilus pottery pendant and a variety of sea creatures pottery base. This basket measures 4-3/4" round x 2" tall.

"Seascape"

Made with dyed brown Longleaf pine needles, brown artificial sinew, teal sea glass beads, a teal and brown starfish pottery pendant and a jasper stone set in resin base. This basket measures 5-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 2-1/4".
