Every Fall I get over enthusiastic about planting flower bulbs and perennials. I always buy too many, but I never know how many is too many! I am then faced with the task of planting them, usually in the cold and rain, for many days. I always end up asking my husband to dig some of the holes for me. He always says only if I don't buy so many flowers and flower bulbs next Fall. Well, I just can't seem to learn this lesson, because I know the payoff for the rest of the year is too wonderful. I just love the beginning of blooming time!
