I recently discovered these lovely bird roosting pockets at my local bird shop. They are very well made with natural materials including reed grass and cedar. The cedar is woven on the top to make a resistant and sturdy roof. They blend into the surroundings and give birds a safe haven from predators. I just love looking at the birds discovering them in my garden. I tried to get a photo of the birds with them, but they flew away too quickly. It would be fun to try and make one of these using natural materials from my garden.
