It is hard to watch the summer season come to an end along with all of the lovely flowers that I have enjoyed in my garden this year. I have been busy trying to preserve some of the beautiful blossoms by putting them in my flower presses to use in future craft projects. There are so many flowers to choose from, so I had to buy another flower press to fit them all in! The colors and shapes of the flowers are amazing and it is fun to see how they turn out after being pressed. When the flowers come out of the press they are so pretty and delicate. I have been experimenting with several different products to figure out a way to incorporate them in my pine needle baskets. Flowers and pine needles seem like the perfect combination to preserve the natural beauty of nature!
