I love Montana and have had the opportunity to live there and visit
family several times over the years. Many of my early childhood years were spent playing outside under the beautiful blue skies. The sky is so blue and it seems to go
on forever. The colors of the surrounding landscape are beyond beautiful
and always inspiring. I tried to capture the spirit of Montana in this basket
and, in a small way, I hope I did.
I made my "Montana Sky" pine needle basket using dyed dark brown Longleaf pine needles, dark brown artificial sinew, crystal glass blue swirl lampwork bicone beads and a beautiful walnut wood base.
This basket measures 8-1/2" x 8-1/4" x 4".
Enjoy!
