The sound of the waves from the mighty Pacific Ocean were the inspiration for this basket. The beauty and peacefulness of the Pacific Northwest continue to inspire me in my basketmaking. I am very grateful to live in such an amazing part of the country.

I made my "
Pacific Waves" pine needle and sweetgrass basket using natural brown and dyed dark blue Longleaf pine needles, sweetgrass, dark blue artificial sinew, dark blue transparent glass crow beads, ocean wave lampwork beads and a dark blue crystallized agate center base.
This basket measures 7-1/2" x 7" x 3-1/2"
