I have been busy the past few days picking green beans, Asian pears, tomatoes, berries, zucchinis, cucumbers, pumpkins, lettuce and flowers. It is amazing that there are still raspberries and blueberries to pick in early October. More amazing is that we haven't had any measurable rainfall for almost three months! However, that is about to change as of tonight when the Fall rains arrive. Unfortunately, when the rain switch goes on, it doesn't shut off until Spring!

P.S. I am not sure what to do with Asian pears. If anyone has any ideas or recipes, please let me know.
What an abundant garden. Proof of the gardners labors and some of that good dirt you have perfected.
