I have tried growing asparagus several times over the years and I have finally been successful! I am very proud of my three little asparagus spears that I got to harvest this week. I saw that several more spears were starting to pop out of the ground, so I may get to harvest more asparagus soon!

ReplyDeleteIf we could sell asparagus for $300 per pound, we could actually start a profitable business now. But let's just make salad instead. :}
